New SAMMA timetable comes in to effect. As ever, all are welcome to train with us.

Congratulations to the three guys who earned belt promotions this month. From Left to Right: John (blue stripe), Ben (yellow stripe), and Dave (blue stripe). As anyone who has ever trained with SAMMA knows that it takes a lot of hard work to grade with us, so congratulations to all, your promotions are well deserved.

There will be a Women’s Only Class starting on Monday 28th February 2011 at 7pm. This class will cover SAMMA Kickboxing and Self Defence.

On the same date we are also starting Junior classes for the 8-12 years age group (5pm). This class will cover SAMMA Kickboxing and Self Defence.

Congratulations to John, Dave and Nadim for their promotions to green belt. Anyone who has trained at SAMMA knows that this is a big deal, and is a testament to an individuals commitment to training and being able to demonstrate a good level of fundamental skills. Well done lads!
